About SOSB

The need for a well co-ordinated scientific and educational association for all the surgeons of the country was conceptualized for a while. Finally, it came into establishment in 1979 as Society of Surgeons of Bangladesh (SOSB). This society was brought forward by the founding members with a unified goal to construct a forum for exchange of ideas and skills, inspiring innovation, sharing the invaluable experience of seniors and motivating the upcoming surgeons.
